What is the lead time?
With an
approved purchase order, most stocked items will ship within 3-5
working days and most non-stocked items will ship within 6-8 weeks.
Our manufacturers pride themselves in shipping within limited lead
times and strive to accomodate each schedule. Please contact us for
your specific requirements. (Please Note: Items requiring COM or
customized options require additional lead times.)
What wood, metal and laminate finishes are
available?
Each manufacturer has their own set of standard
wood and metal finishes. You can request a sample chip of your
selections from our office. Fax us or email us your request and we
will respond within 1 business day.

How can I receive a sample? (actual item,
finish, fabric)
Many sample pieces are available and we
will gladly ship them to you as requested. Some manufacturers require
nominal deposits for certain items, but often will deduct this from
your final order. Please call for details.
